Businessman pleads not guilty to making RM1.26 mln in false claims for Penjana Kerjaya 2.0 incentives

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 17 — A businessman pleaded not guilty in the Sessions Court here today to six charges of submitting false documents to the Social Security Organisation (Socso) to claim incentives under the Penjana Kerjaya 2.0 programme amounting to RM1.26 million.

Businessman pleads not guilty to making false claims worth over RM1.4 mln

SHAH ALAM, Jan 13 — A businessman pleaded not guilty in the Sessions Court here today to nine charges of submitting false documents to the Social Security Organisation (Socso) to claim incentives under the Penjana Kerjaya Programme 2.0 totalling over RM1.4 million.
